Strange Stakes condition at Parx

There a two $75.000 stakes races at Parx on Saturday
Races 5 and 7. Race 5 is for 3 year old fillies race 7 is for geldings

Very odd.... why South Carolina ?

Most of the fillies have not even won a maiden race yet
The boys have a few wins

Well both races were won by the favorites

Race 7 was nice in that Elevated won. Elevated looks like Phil Schoentals prize
colt. It is nice to see a small barn win a stakes on the home grounds

This is the oddest thing. A very specific set of conditions.

Bill do you think perhaps these conditions were written to maybe favour a trainer or two?
