While no one seemed to want to run out of the gate notice the second fraction was a pistol hot 21.4. That's where the winner won the race. He buried the Ps in the race so the only ones left were the late movers and the best of those was the #10. He used his run a bit earlier than I expected but you will notice in his paceline comments he does his best running down on the rail. I don't know if he is blind in that inside eye or what but as I was handicapping the race I made note of his tendency to get to the rail quickly.
