Randy, the Desmond in North Albany is just a few minutes by car or taxi from the Albany airport, also in North Albany. That's one of the reasons why there are so many hotels in North Albany (town known as Colonie).

And the Desmond (on Wolf Road) is about 30-40 minutes south of Saratoga by fast Interstate 87. You could maybe car pool with others or rent a car at the airport. There are numerous other hotels in the Colonie area near the airport, some better, some worse. ALL cheaper than anything in Saratoga in the Summer.
