In general, I'm having difficulty understanding why the Refresh Registration solution works fine for some people (the majority who have reported in) and not for others. I certainly accept that that solution seems to NOT work for those who have reported it. But I don't understand the difference
To repeat: a temporary solution for some has been - open RDSS, go to the Registration Tab, click the
Update Registration Info button, then start your handicapping.
