As of this morning Monday Nov 13, this issue with RDSS being non-responsive has resumed.
As with the previous time recently, after opening RDSS, you must go to the Configure Screen and uncheck BOTH the TS Ratings and Scratches and Tote boxes, Save then restart RDSS. Tote and Prime Power and ProfitLine ratings will not be available. Please re-read the initial posts in this thread for more details.
I had set aside further research into how to work around this (if possible) whenever TwinSpires tinkers with these settings. But I'll have to renew that study again.
Meanwhile - as before, if you want those TS Ratings, you can get them from TwinSpires via the TwinSpires button on the RDSS Desktop (use the TwinSpires Tabs: Program --> Basic / Class screens).
