I had a doctor's appointment, so I could only apply the BL odds to the morning line instead of tracking them on the NYC OTB channel.

I played the 6 and the 9 based on the overlay possibilities relative to the ML, discounting the marginally top-rated 10 as I felt that if anything, its post-time odds would be closer to 7-5 (actually went off at .75-1).

Much of this thought process comes from what I read in Follow Up #76 on the subject of second and third tiered BLs and acceptable odds.

Imagine my delight when the 6 won and paid $21.00!
