I would guess reinstall the entire program, which means you'll have to download the Full Install file.

When you do an Uninstall (via Windows Add/Remove program, or via the RDSS Installer if you installed a FULL Install, which you did not), you are prompted whether you wish to remove the file \rdss\data\data.db. That's your database - so reply NO - to not remove it. When the Uninstall is done, you can check your RDSS folder and sub folders to confirm that all your downloaded card files and database is still intact. It will not be overwritten when you do a subsequent re-install.

But, did you find the XceedZIP file on your RDSS folder, or no? Do you actually need to do a re-install?
