Glad you are getting into RDSS, and hopefully having some financial success.
I have been working on a fairly substantial update for many months now, and which will take me a number of months more. Printing directly from the software, and from various screens, is a natural part of it, as is export to various file formats (Excel, text, XML, PDF). Currently you can only export to RAC files which are used by older Sartin DOS software like Energy II, Kgen, some flavours of Thoromation.
Other screen capture tools include Snagit and ScreenHunter (free version) - try Google, which are what produce many of the screenshots you see around here.
