I have noticed in the past 2 months or so (and undoubtedly as a result of either a Windows Update, or a newer version of Firefox or Internet Explorer), that web-links within RDSS now do not go directly to the expected page, but rather only to the Browser home page -exactly as you report. This must be a new and added security constraint of either Windows or of the Browser software. Not the first time that something which has been working forever, now decides to stop
I will replace all the embedded web links in RDSS with calls to the built-in RDSS web browser (i.e. similar to what is used to contact the BRIS SuperTote page, or display Result Charts downloaded from TrackMaster).

Charles, the RDSS Pay-as-you-go rate for single PP Only cards has always been $2.00. That rate drops to $1.50 per, when you buy 20 per month for $30. The older format TMPP files used by Validator and Speculator now cost $1.50 each.
