Converting a zipped file in RDSS
I am presently in Montana and only have access to dial up on my sisters computer. My laptop doesn't work on her provider.
I managed to download todays rdss dmr card from TM and copy it to my laptop, but cannot get rdss to convert and create val/spec files. Is there a way to do this?
