Hi Scott
Not too sharp with the Poly- dirt- turf syndrome
I guess if you work races with poly
you better know if horses from the dirt can win at your track
But It seems like l for me line 1 would fit for users of only
turf or Poly lines /don't use dirt lines
Line 3 confirms line 1 as to the horses turf form
If I mixed Dirt/poly/turf line line 4 works
long answer I would have used line 1
