Looking at today's races I see 33 non-maiden Claiming and Allowance sprints. None of them are at Saratoga. One is at Del Mar.
You can handicap and win most of those races without a track model. Play only when the track is listed as "fast."
If you can't win those, then you probably shouldn't be betting real money.
You've already got the data. Free. Utilize it. Take advantage of the opportunity while you can.
This is beginning to sound like a broken record.
