Just to be clear, my words above were not written out of any disrespect for Patrick. In all my dealings with him, in writing, over the phone or in person last weekend, he is always polite, a gentleman and respectful himself towards me and others, offering to help with logistics in Saratoga any way he could.
My words were, rather, written to clarify an observed mis-reporting, and also perhaps out of a frustration and even sadness at seeing his dreams frustrated by ineffective behaviours.
I feel strongly, despite whatever advice folks may have for him, that he (like ALL of us here) deserve utmost respect as individuals, even when it appears delivered along side 'tough-love'.
Just saying (and not in response to any particular comments so far).
