Your not butting in Bill, but you are complicating the simple example

Here is another.

Track A is taking $1 from you Bill for every $10 dollar bet, Track B is taking $2 for every $10 bet.

Do you think Track B is going to reduce commision to $1 while customers keep stumping up the $2???
