not to beat this to death...
seeing last line of a slower 1c and 2c and still this horse still couldnt do much with that compared to lines 2 and 3 shows me that the horse is declining in form.
Add to the fact that he was scratched when he should have been in excellent shape for a return, confirms me that something is wrong...
besides picking lines you need to "read" into what has been happening to get a "story" about the horse leading into today's race
