Those TMPP format files are a self-extracting archive file, so they have an EXE extension but are actually a ZIP file containing the files used by Val4.
You don't unzip them yourself. Just open Val4 and specify the date, confirm the track for that date and Val opens the ZIP file itself and reads the contents of the individual components within the ZIP. Make sure the downloaded file is located in the
required folder:
C:\TRKMAST
