I need to review the workshop again (was getting alittle late for me that night), but I think you work the speed points when its a dbl-d pressure race. When it's double dom and they have comparable spd points.
With just the "standard" dbl dom they are just both automatically included in your wagers if they can match POR.
Not sure until I watch it again tho'.
