There is a guy named Chris(Maiden) who is a member here on this site. He taught me practically everything I know about using Synergism. I see he sent you the manual back in September 2005. He uses Synergism VI but man can he handicap! We are good friends. I would suggest you get in contact with him as he really knows his stuff and matter of fact I would suggest anyone else who has questions about pace line selection and understanding the readouts ask this man.
He taught me and I have seen him cash some nice tickets. Unfortunately for me he plays Churchhill, Fairgrounds and the mostly the midwestern tracks as I strickly play Southern Califonia. If he gives you a horse 95% of he time barring a "Penhead" ride as he calls it from the jockey go to the window and cash your ticket!
