I'm not sure what you're asking!? Does this have something to do with NewPace (i.e. the thread you've posted this in)?
If you're asking how to keep your computer and hard drive clean and working in good order - it sounds like you're doing good things, and there are many good references on the internet (try Google) about other things to do to keep your computer working well.
If you meant something else - please clarify.
