I believe Win Formula was developed by Tom Hambleton and Dick Schmidt
and was originally a proprietary program with manual input.
I still have it but it's a tricky little bugger when it comes to data entry.
I've tried most of these mechanical pieces of software and have found that
there is not a one that has enough finesse to see the hidden variables that
I believe is necessary to uncover the individual puzzle of a horse racing contest.
Software will never replace the G_D given gift of your brain and acquired knowledge that one may have accumulated through the course of years.
Experience is the best teacher. There is no quick fix or magic bullet.
