Another race riddled by scratches, bet downs and /or short fields..
It seems the quality of racing these days leaves much to be desired.
I can understand why one might lose interest in a dying sport.
I had to settle for a 2nd this race but in reality would never place a bet on such a short odds horse.
The opportunities are few and in between.
I commend Jeff (shoeless) for digging out a great opportunity yesterday.
His insight and handicapping for that race was superior. He also was decisive, making just one pick to win (before the fact).
To me, this was very skillful handicapping using an old school version of Synergism.
