did everything you did in video exactly and still no races show up in rdss2

i give up most likey because of this message ?

every time i open rdss2 i get this

unicode font substitution

power builder failed to change the unicode font sustitution.You must run at least once with adminstrator privledges to complete this process ? ?

i have no idea what it means or how to do it?
