I think what you're looking for is here:

Readout Definitions. At least it's a start. You can also reach this page from the Help screen in RDSS2 (Help & Reference link).
I agree we need a consolidated update to the definitions and inter-relationship between factors. Remember, you can always use the
Google Site Search link to look for more detailed definitions of readouts.
