can you help with this ?
Here is a horse from todays 2nd race
Today's race is a SA 16,000 n3X
Here are the conditions
I see it as today any horse who has been entered in a $16000
claiming race is eligible, as long as it has not won 3 races

What I don't understand is line 1 for One Smart Filly
is that X after the 3 - SA25/30 N3X for
It looks like to me the only difference between the conditions for
Line 1 and line 2 is the 2 wins and 3 wins
Do you know what that 3X means ?
