Actually Doc Sartin and Jim Bradshaw came out with a blue colored manual they called a preliminary manual. Doc spoke of an enlarged manual but I do not think that was ever put out. Actually KGEN is covered quite well in Follow-Up #26 titled K-GEN Goes to the Races. This isssue has a good Energy article also. This issue has more information on the practical use of KGEN than the prelimary manual I am speaking of.
