Jim is indeed still in business, and has released an update to his Calibration Handicapping book on his website, which DSL has helpfully provided above:

Calibration Handicapping - The Next Level. His email is given in a link at the bottom of his web page and folks have told me they have communicated with him recently.
RDSS users will know that some of the 'moves' he has documented are included as markups on the Original Screen (with Jim's kind permission).
I don't know if he makes a digital version available.
