I took the liberty of removing the image from you message above so everyone would not know your TrackMaster UID and PWD. Also moving it to a different thread as it is not a Bug, rather some kind of a TrackMaster problem.

Are you certain those UID/PWD credentials are current? Can you login to your TrackMaster account with that? If so, please try restarting RDSS then try again.
