Clinton, just a follow up - I tried to login to your Trackmaster account using the UID/PWD combo from your image. But could not - hence the error message in the first place.
If you cannot remember your current PWD, may I suggest you contact Trackmaster again and ask hem what it is. When you change your PWD in RDSS, please click the Update Registration Info button in the Registration Tab, then RESTART RDSS. Then try the download again (after UNCHECKing Don't Duplicate).
