new to RDSS', not that the rating itself is new in any way. I don't really know anything about it, other than that Top ranks have a pretty strong (not profitable standalone) but strong correlation to winners and in-the-money horses (i.e. Contenders), and the top to bottom ranks correlate to public odds order.
