Dick, here are some additional questions about your Contenders and ABC tier decisions/rules for the July 31 races at Gulfstream.

Race 7 - you had both 4 and 10 horses as Tier C. The #10 has all 4 factors (i.e. all ratings ranked 5 or less), and those are 3s and 4s, while the #4 horse has only 3 factors, 3s and 4s with fewer 3s than the #10 Why is the #10 co-equal C tier to the #4 horse?
