I looked at it briefly when I thought I was going to spend some time at a track that ran several quarter horse races a day, although that plan changed. What I looked it over, it appeared to have enough discussion of the theory behind the program to improve the ability to handicap races the old fashion way, with paper and pencil. I plan to go back for another look if the opportunity arises.
