For whatever this may be worth to you, I personally never play CT and I do not follow MTH as I once did. Since I cannot, therefore, offer the definitive answer to your question, I will just remind you that CT is a "bullring" and the horses there are close cousins to horses running at PEN.
The horses running at MTH, on the other hand, are the North Jersey cousins to the horses running in New York.
