testing the waters' post to see how many people might attend our annual weekend, which has been Alabama Stakes weekend, this year
August 19-21, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
The only decision needed now is to book some tables in the Festival Tent, which I can do. Cost is $24/table which hold 4 people comfortably, plus computers (6 otherwise). 3 tables = $24 x 3 x 3 days = $216. 4 tables = $288.
So -
$6.00 per person per day.
Who's coming? Who wants to help me front the cost? If I book in the next few weeks, the tables can probably be adjacent to the 3 tables already reserved by PaceAdvantage members. Power and likely a wireless hotspot for the lot of us.
Not sure about a seminar yet, but I have a few ideas and a possible high class venue. RDSS 2.0 for sure!
