Froggy, I presume you are using the default Microsoft Edge browser in your new Windows 10 computer. Normal URLs (web links) including the RDSS download link - respond when you
right-click them with a pop-up menu which includes 'Open in new Tab' and 'Open in new Window' -
in addition to the Print and Read Aloud options.
If you don't get those 'Open ...' menu options when you right-click the download link - your browser is not displaying the web page normally (and I don't know why, but maybe Google knows). Here are 2 suggestions:
1. Check the email I sent you with the RDSS download alternate link. Your browser might not enforce the same security precautions when the link comes from your email software (??).
2. Try downloading and using a different web browser. Try Chrome or Firefox.
