Hey guys,
Over on discord a group of people have created a horse racing chat room to discuss racing every day of the week. Most people are not RDSS users (I am slowly trying to convert some) but there is some very lively discussion about racing and some in depth discussion about races all over the nation. There are people inside discussing races start at about 6am PST well into Australian racing at night. I have personally benefited from a few tips or ideas on multiple P4 and P5's so far this Del Mar and Saratoga meet... being able to throw ideas off other people in real time has certainly benefited my handicapping.
The chat is fast pace, sometimes gets off topic and can some times be a bit crude, but overall it's a good group of guys that are looking to gain knowledge and talk about ponies. I'd love to get a couple of RDSS guys over there to spread the RDSS word and offer up a different view of the races... it's INSANELY easy to share screenshots and data and PPs and everything imaginable (drag and drop) so it's very user-friendly...
I totally understand if a people are turned off by the fast pace approach and fleeting discussion, but if anybody can benefit it or again, spread the RDSS word I truly feel it's a great platform and if nothing else it allows you to scratch your horse racing itch at 6am. Check it out, let me know if you have any questions and if "sponsoring" this in any way is contrary to Pace and Cap I will have no qualms about taking this thread down.
