Please Note: as with previous years, RDSS shows some incorrect running line info for some European horses (distance, final time, race condition) and omits a few races on distances it does not recognize (e.g. 10.5f Turf). In general, this problem is for certain races run in the UK, Ireland and France. (FWIW, Equibase reports the race number for foreign races on the same day, same track as Race 0, which confuses RDSS when trying to lookup races based partly on race number).

To help analyse some of these European runners, I have placed the TrackMaster PDF Past Performances for both Friday and Saturday in the RDSS Example Database section so RDSS subscribers can download them and compare what RDSS shows to the correct info provided by TrackMaster Equibase.

Here is the RDSS Example Database link. Please refer to the first items in the list under the Breeders' Cup 2018 Note. (You must be a RDSS subscriber to access this Example data Forum).

Races 5,6 and 9 - Turf races with many European runners in each race. Nearly all of those have some errors in their PPs - please cross check them with the TrackMaster PPs.

Race 10 - the Marathon, 14f or 1 3/4 miles. RDSS cannot handle this distance. I recommend changing the distance to 10f (Card Summary screen, right-click the distance, use the Change Surface/Distance Tool) since most of the horses have run either less than that or up to 12f (only a few have won beyond 12f)
