PIRCO at one time sold Q-Scan for quarter horses. My version even featured Q-Mation (kind of like the Thoromation animated screen, but for quarter horse). Unfortunately, I can't get around the copy protection feature to install it in a new computer.
Charles Carroll of Desert Sea Publishing puts out a speed handicapping software which can be applied to quarter horse distances.
