Not a problem at all, it has tons of processing power. Ted uses the Surface Pro 3 and can tell you in greater detail how RDSS functions on the Surface.
I just purchased the Asus Vivotab 8 with Windows 8.1 to run RDSS when i'm at the track, and it functions beautifully with a fraction of the processing power of the Surface 3.
