Used issue 61 as a test - searched for "contender"

example 1 - search on pdf downloaded from Pace and Cap

example 2 - search on pdf after going through OCR.

The biggest problem is the resulting PDFs are VERY large and may not be viable for posting to Pace and Cap. Might have to work something out via email or some other kind of transfer.

The original PDF from Pace and Cap is a 3.4 MB, the OCRd version is 67.2 MB
