If you can pick up a old laptop second hand that still has windows XP
Val 4 works perfectly with no additions programs or steps
I break out my copy every now and then. I have a windows 8 little notebook
a computer that runs Val 4
Good skill with RDSS it has everything Val 4 has built-in
