Bill, my interpretation of that would be only answer "Yes" if one of those PEN pacelines was turf. The different distances and off tracks from PEN would be automatically handled by the program.
What I'm not sure about -- how to handle artificial surfaces. For example, if today is a dirt race and the paceline you're using is from a tapeta race does that call for a "Yes" adjustment. I don't know. I've been saying "Yes", but like I said, I'm not sure.
