Looks like Med E% of 66.9 to 67.9 is a good parameter, though Street Sense was way off that range but I'm wondering if that was the first year of KEE poly? That Med E% range may have to be lowered substantially for all the poly preps out there and we now have to strongly consider LATE Engen styles if off a poly line.
