Are you saying you have ANALYSIS screens with numbers in Velocity, TPR and Primary tabs, but the BLBL and Rx Tabs are blank?

Or do you mean - your HORSE data has Velocity, TPR and Primary but no screens for BL and Rx?

There are no BLBL or Rx screens for each HORSE, only on the ANALYSIS Panel.

If your screen resolution is too low to see 3 full sized panels (i.e. can't see the full Analysis Panel at the bottom), change the Layout of your Panels by clicking the 'gear' icon at the right edge of either PP Panel (upper 2 panels) and use the Panel Layout Dialog window to choose 1 PP Panel +1 Analysis Panel.

Regardless of these settings, you can always see the Analysis screens by clicking the Analysis Tab to the right of the Entries Tab for each race.
