well ladies and gentleman i do think the think the good vibes from all really helped. firstly wife has been cleared of all of the Big "C". just found out . and after 16 months on the market the house is 99 percent SOLD! kinda took a loss but do not have to spend the cash for up keep and taxes.

ps one reason for the long wait on the house....some one turned the water on and should not.and some pipes froze and about 160,000 gallons of water poured through the house. 15 grand to fix all. and it took 6 months
insurance paid but still....1,000 deductible.
