I'm back!

Greetings,
Just like a bad penny, I'm back. After a 5yr bout with cancer I am full steam ahead handicapping again. Once I'm up to speed on reading things I have missed, I hope to contribute where I can.
Big odds to all,
Cecil.

Grahors...

I am ecstatic about your renewed health. A big congratulations and a big gidda-up to get back on top of the saddle....I personally know someone who went thru a bone marrow transplant at the City of Hope in Duarte for their successful cancer treatment. Great people and great facility. I wish you continue great health...

Good to hear from you again Cecil, and to hear you licked the cancer! Last I recall, you were heading down to the Breeders' Cup (was it 2008?).

All the best, and continued good health.

Ted

Always a good sign you are in remission when the love of handicapping comes to the forefront!!Congratulations. My mom had a bone marrow stem cell transplant 5 years ago and she's healthy as a horse, some pun intended. It's an ugly disease but the outlook is far more optimistic these days. That was my mom's second bout with cancer and she's 62.
