My angle play would have been in Race -3
I know you are learning angles. Let's see if you can come up with which angle I used. |

If you ever purchased or traded for the book you were looking for, Winning Angles From A to Z by Noel Michaels, you probably would have had the correct answer. The book is an easy read and has basic information. However,
I did find 2 very signficant angles that I found and look for on a daily basis. These angles had never caught my attention in over 64 years at the game. I guess your never to old to learn things. I was always dependant on software and pace and I did fairly well with them. Today, the game has become a lot more difficult with the diversity of races that the creative racing secretaries present to us makes the use of specific angles more important then ever before, I find that angles and spot plays at a price are and in my humble opinion, the only way to travel. The generic numbers most software products offer are only half the story. |

Noel Michaels has several books out there which are pretty good. He was also the public handicapper for NYOTB[don't know if he still is]. He also handicapped live at their flagship branch The Race Palace on the weekends. IMO he's one of the better public handicappers out there.

Tim, I miss "The Race Palace". It was a hop, skip and a jump on the L.I.E when there was no traffic. That was rarely the case.

I managed to get out there a couple of times via the L I Distressway[the worlds largest parking lot lol]. Noel is a pretty stand up guy. I did some capping work for Gasper Moschera who at the time was part of the National Race Masters group. He was pretty good to work with.
