Very interesting Bill. Do you or Ted have any idea how Dave gets LP numbers without internal fractions. I can't remember a discussion of foreign horses in the video.

Not speaking for Dave, but I believe the ratings are based on the Trackmaster Speed Ratings for each horse. Based on his selection criteria that is dependent upon the number of lines available to rate, you should be able to find a line that matches the low number for each horse as well as the high number.
