No , I did not consider the #1 as a final win contender.
Only the 5 & 9 were my main win contenders and the 14 was a final contender for win if its odds were above 7/1 which they were.
I try to get every race down to three or less win contenders using a combination of 2 sets of numbers which I have found to be very reliable.
The # 1 horse failed to meet this requirement and was therefor eliminated as a win horse.
