Help with my Friday Spa Picks, please - Pace and Cap

No but if I had the model thing working with Open office I would be much much better, as I could really see the things that stick out, rather than what I think sticks out.

I have Open Office and did do a download and insert into the master template, but am unable to copy it into the 4 different models I need, like turf/dirt-route/sprints, this is what would help me most right now, as the Spa only has a few days to put into a model, where as Monmouth has too many, but I could still start one.
