Race request MNR race 2 12/1

Here is a race i was asked to work.

What I really liked was the person who asked me worked the race himself
and showed me his results

I gladly will work the race under those conditions

I did not project a fulcrum because there were many horses coming from sprint
lines

The 3 5 and 9 all come out of the same race in their last line

Here are my contenders who did I bet ?

I will post the PP's too

Hi Bill, Nice post
I just wanted to see what your thoughts where on some of the pace lines

#2 The 1st line is a plus line, but was eliminated because
wrong dist, sloppy track and no form. No line.

#4 (the winner) looks like an early but is labeled as a presser, and a P7 at that. The 1st line 41 days ago shows a plus move, but is the wrong dist, and has never done well in a sprint anyway, and is more of a route horse. The TPR screen makes me think it's an early runner with trouble finishing. I would give a plus line, but what made you think he would run today?

#7 Has moved down in class, last race that was 30 days ago and a long layoff of 198. The dist was 5.5 not comparable with todays race. I use last 4 races within 90 days. The horse did win some races in the past, but was a no line because of no comparable races.?

I am comparing my thought process to yours.
Thanks
Capt Don

guidelines

Hi CaptDon

about ....

Horse 2
I asked myself about this horse. what do I see for today that it has done before?

This is a route contender ?

Race 10 Poor race at 1 Mile
Race 4 Poor race at 1 mile after 5 fails sprinting.
Line 1,2,3 are sprints Line 1 is a plus race but at 6 furlongs
and a sloppy track so why would I base todays race on a sprint race
when It failed in its routes and it seems the only thing that ever helped it in a sprint was a off track ?

Horse 4 Line 1 is a sprint This horse shows a route win Line 2 is a (+)
so I used it. Since line 1 is a throw out line 2 is the line.

Horse 7 The last line is a + sprint. I took my chances and did not
enter line 2 and 3 because of the recency factor. Its a case of
being consistent. If these were better horses I would have a problem with this horse, but with this class of horse I look for + races at a comparable distance and surface within 90 days.

Thanks
Bill

Bill,

This is my Entry screen it is quite a bit different than yours. Has there been an upgrade in the program that I am not aware of? Or does this have something to do with New Pace?

Thanks

Just Validate

Hello Mark

You probably have different settings on your config screen

Ted gives us the option to use RDSS exactly how Doc set up and used Validator

So that is what I do.

here is what my config screen says
